Part of the Ministry of the Interior

The Border Guard is led by the Chief of the Border Guard, who also assists the Minister of the Interior in issues within the Border Guard’s sphere of activity. The Chief is assisted by the Border Guard Headquarters, which is also the Border Guard Department of the Ministry of the Interior.
